Grilled Heirloom Tomato Pizza


  • 1 Cappello’s Margherita Pizza

  • 1 medium heirloom tomato, sliced 

  • 3 ounces prosciutto 

  • 1 cup arugula

  • 2-4 ounces fresh burrata 

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes 


  • Preheat grill to medium. Top pizza with tomatoes and prosciutto. 

  • Place pizza directly on the grill, and cook for 11-13 minutes, or until the crust begins to brown and prosciutto is crispy. 

  • Once done, top pizza with arugula, burrata, and red pepper flakes. Slice, and serve.

  • Measure out ingredients.

  • Place the toppings on the pizza.
