Keto White Pizza

Ingredients

1/3 cup crème fraîche

¾ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup grated parmesan cheese
-
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 420 F. Place a baking sheet on the middle rack while the oven preheats.

Spread crème fraîche on top of frozen pizza crust. Top with mozzarella, and sprinkle with rosemary and pepper.

Place pizza directly on the preheated baking sheet. Cook 11-14 minutes, or until cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown.

Remove from oven, and top hot pizza with parmesan, a drizzle of olive oil, and red pepper flakes, as desired.
