Keto White Pizza


  • 1 Cappello’s Keto Pizza Crust

  • 1/3 cup crème fraîche

  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary 

  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 420 F. Place a baking sheet on the middle rack while the oven preheats.

  • Spread crème fraîche on top of frozen pizza crust. Top with mozzarella, and sprinkle with rosemary and pepper.

  • Place pizza directly on the preheated baking sheet. Cook 11-14 minutes, or until cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown. 

  • Remove from oven, and top hot pizza with parmesan, a drizzle of olive oil, and red pepper flakes, as desired.
