Lemon Zest Cookie Skillet

1 Lemon
1 box of Cappello’s Lemon Zest Cookie Dough
1 pint of coconut ice cream
1 tblsp of Republic of Vermont Maple Syrup

Bake the lemon zest cookie dough in a cast iron skillet for 8-10 minutes
Make coconut cream whip using a mixer
Add 1 tblsp of maple syrup to whip
Remove cookie dough from oven
Top with whip
Add lemon zest to taste
