Margherita Pizza

You may wonder where margherita pizza got its name (after a pizza made for Queen Margherita of Savoy in 1889).You’ll also wonder why you didn’t think to make a pizza generously covered in whole milk mozzarella and white cheddar cheeses topped with tomatoes, basil and roasted garlic, all spread over a classic red sauce on our crispy almond flour crust. Or maybe you’ll be incapable of pondering anything because this pizza just blew your mind.

Cage-free eggs are produced from hens that are non-caged and free to roam in open buildings

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place baking sheet on middlerack while oven preheats.
2. Remove pizza from plastic and cardboard tray.
3. Place frozen pizza directly on the preheatedbaking sheet.
4. Cook for 14–18 minutes until cheese begins to turngolden brown and crust is the desired crispiness. (Oven temperatures and cook times will vary.)
