Pecan Pie Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

• 1 Bag Cappello's Chocolate Chip With Flaky Sea Salt Cookie Dough

• 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

• 1/2 cup honey

• 12 Tbsp unsalted butter

• 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 3 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

• Press the entire bag of thawed cookies into a pan evenly, bake for about 10 minutes at 350.
• In a large saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and pecans, mixing until incorporated."
• Added pecan pie mixture to the top and baked again for 10 minutes at 350.
