Brakeman for the USA National Women's Bobsled Team, Lauren wants those interested to follow her journey to the 2018 Winter Olympics! 

Lauren Gibbs was born in Los Angeles, California on March 2, 1984. Gibbs has a Bachelor’s of Arts from Brown University. Upon graduation, she continued her education at Pepperdine University, obtaining her Master’s in Business Administration. While at Brown, Gibbs was a four-year member of the volleyball team. Her awards included All-Ivy League Academic, Second Team All-Ivy League and team captain, with more than 1,000 career kills.

She was first introduced to the sport of bobsled by Jill Potter, a member of the USA National Rugby Team. She had mentioned Gibbs’ power lifting numbers to Elana Meyers Taylor and suggested that she try out for the team.

I am a certified personal trainer, CrossFit Coach, and nutritional therapy practitioner who is out to change the way YOU think about food, weightlifting, and your body. Formerly on MTV’s Real World and Real World Challenges, my own journey of self-discovery led me to a full-time career in fitness and health, and my passion is to help every single person and client BE THEIR OWN SUPERHERO!

Tommy’s dad taught him to embrace fear and doubt and turn them into inspiration. Given this attitude, Tommy has established some of the hardest routes in the country and free climbed 12 routes on El Capitan in Yosemite. He believes difficult journeys, with little chance for success, teach him the most. This attitude is no better exemplified than by his by his first free ascent of the Dawn Wall in January of 2015, and his first ascent of the Fitz Traverse in Patagonia in February of 2014.

After running competitively in cross-country and track in high school he took a break from competitive running, trying to better understand himself and what he wanted to do with his life. After graduating from college in Wisconsin, his passion for running continued as he coached cross-country and track at his local high school.

While on a summer road trip, he fell in love with the western landscapes and decided to move out west. Timothy and his wife Krista found their new home in the small town of Ashland, Oregon, which is surrounded by the Siskiyou and Cascade mountain ranges. He discovered the trails around Ashland, which led to many fun and peaceful journeys by foot. His passion and love of the mountains grows daily as he continues to explore trails all over the world.

He has been racing ultramarathons competitively since 2009 and has been improving rapidly as he pushes his physical and mental limits. He won the historic Western States 100-Mile Endurance Run in 2012, setting a new course record and running the first sub-15 hour time in 14:46.

Timothy has found true peace and happiness in the mountains. He says the mountains make him feel like a kid in a playground. Timothy hopes to instill his connection with the natural world in his young son Tristan, born in August 2012. He is excited to be a member of The North Face team and looks forward to many amazing journeys all over the world with good friends.Rob Krar’s passion for sport and the outdoors began at a young age growing up in the Canadian city of Hamilton, Ontario. His high school years found him participating in cross country, track, badminton, and water polo with summers spent on the triathlon circuit, twice representing Canada at the world championships.

Regina

My name is Regina Webb. I am 21 years old. I am a full time student at Cabrillo College. I work part time at our local KTM/Husqvarna/Beta dealership, Moore and Sons Motorcycles, in Santa Cruz, California. I also do book keeping (from home) for a local metal fabrication company. In my free time I enjoy riding dirt bikes, taking photos, hiking, traveling, gardening and taking care of my chickens. I'm slightly obsessed with my pup, Dakota. My family is everything to me. We are so happy to be on board with Cappello's and we are excited to support such an outstanding and exclusive company. 

Cody

The new AMA EnduroCross champion, Webb dethroned five-time champ Taddy Blazusiak in 2014 in a three-way battle that went to the final round in November, then finished second in the FIM SuperEnduro World Championships. He won't blow you away with pure speed; instead Webb relies on a trials background to excel in technical sections. He has earned an X Games medal in each of the last five X Games he's attended and he's a favorite for gold in 2015. Webb is a former AMA National Trials Champion and now juggles AMA EnduroCross, FIM SuperEnduro, X Games, select extreme enduro events and college courses. He recently signed on with FMF/RPM/KTM Team Maxxis in 2015.
X Games Austin 2014 is Cody's 6th X Games appearance and has five career X Games medals in X Games Enduro -- three silver and two bronze. He also led the AMA EnduroCross series in 2014 and placed third overall at the AMA Geico EnduroCross Championship in 2013.


Sabrina

My name is Sabrina Webb and I am 24 years old. I recently graduated from San Jose State University where I graduated with a B.S. in Health Care Administration, and now work full time for San Benito County's Office of Emergency Services. When I'm not at work, you will find me training for endurocross whether it's working out or at the track. I found the gluten free lifestyle at the age of 19 when I gained a whopping Freshman 40! Eliminating gluten was something my mom suggested, and to this day it has helped me lose 65 pounds- I won't even both telling you how much I used to weigh! After leading a healthier lifestyle, I played college volleyball and then started racing just last year. While working full time and being an athlete in between, I need the best fuel for my body on and off the track. Cappello's allows me to enjoy the best things in life: pizza, cookies, and pasta, all while being gluten free with clean ingredients! I am generally one who can be found outdoors either smiling, laughing, dancing, or of course, enjoying Cappello's raw cookie dough.

Chris Anthony is a Colorado native, University of Colorado graduate and longtime Vail resident. For a good portion of his life Chris has competed at an international level in both the sports of cycling and skiing. For the past 27 years, Chris Anthony has traveled as a member of the Warren Miller film team, free-lanced for several publications, co-authored a guide book, commissioned and wrote a screenplay, as well as hosted and produced several television and film projects. Additionally, Chris has his own consulting and guide business, and has volunteered a substantial amount of time toward a variety of charitable organizations.

Shauna is a self-proclaimed nerd, hip-hop head, jock, and yogi. A graduate of Stanford, UCLA and Johns Hopkins, she simultaneously pursued academics and fitness and ultimately.secured a sponsorship with Under Armour® shortly after finishing her PhD in Public Health. Shauna teaches classes across the Bay Area that fuse her varied background and love for hip hop. In addition to Under Armour®, Shauna partners with TRX®, SKLZ®, Zico®, and is Lifestyle Athlete for Zenrez. She is a contributing writer for MindBodyGreen, Yoga Digest, The Body Department, and My Fit Station and runs the #SweatADay challenge on Instagram, which she created.

I am a 16-year-old Alpine Snowboarder from Melbourne, Australia. I have moved to America to pursue my dream of becoming world champion. I have snowboarded since the age of 5. My passion for the sport is so strong that never once have I thought, “Why am I doing this?”. The feeling of the snowy wind as I cut through the icy slope ignites the love in me for snowboarding. When it is not the eight months of the year that I am snowboarding, I am going to the gym and eating healthy to get ready for the season to begin. Other than snowboarding I love Ice hockey, drums, and dancing for the fun of it.

Sammie, a Canadian-bred, Ontario native grew up in Toronto, then moved to the suburbs of Montreal in her later youth. Having moved around a lot and traveling quite a bit, she's is always up for new adventures. Her desire is to recreate the beauty community into something pure and genuine. She believes skin is a highly complex functioning organ that reflects ones health and wellbeing. If the health of ones skin is nurtured, this helps to promote full health to the body & mind. In return, this can also promote healthy glowing skin. Sammie's goal is to make her followers feel as beautiful on the outside, as they are on the inside.
