At Cappello’s, we believe making food should feel like making a little bit of magic. It all started when two friends, Ben and Stacey, traded in their day jobs for dirt under their nails and real food on their plates. From farms a world apart — one in Colorado, the other in Argentina — they discovered something bigger than just growing vegetables.
They discovered the magic of making something with your own hands. The magic of serving people amazing meals and seeing their faces light up. The magic of food done right. And then they wondered to themselves, why are gluten-free foods anything but magical?
Back in Colorado, they started dreaming — and cooking. A lot. After making a lot of messes, what they came up with wasn’t just a far better gluten-free pizza, pasta, and cookie dough. It was the beginning of our mission to bring a little wonder back to the frozen food aisle.
Today, we’re still chasing that feeling. We make food that surprises you. Food that feels playful and real and seriously delicious. Food that make an ordinary night feel a little extraordinary. So fire up your oven or stovetop and let’s make some magic together.
