In order to make a payment to Cappello’s you may need to provide personal information to our third-party payment processors.   3. If you choose to review our products, we may collect your name, email address, the rating you assign, product information, and a photograph.  
  4. Your email address if you choose to sign-up for our newsletter. 
  5. Your social media handle if you choose to sign in to your account through Facebook, Twitter and/or LinkedIn and/or Amazon.   6. Your username and password if you choose to create an account with us. 
  7. Information about you that you enter through Amazon or Google if you choose to sign in to your account through one of these third parties. 
  8. Information that you submit to us if you contact our Support Team.
  9. We may receive a confirmation when you open e-mail and SMS messages from us if your computer or phone supports such capabilities. You can opt out of receiving messages from us by clicking on the link provided in such email or SMS message. 
  10. Information provided to us when you communicate with us for any reason.

By submitting a telephone number to Cappello’s you agree that a representative of Cappello’s can contact you at the number you provide, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message.  Your consent is not an obligation to receive any of our products and/or services.

How We Use Cookies

A “cookie” is a piece of text which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, this cookie file is stored on the hard drive of your computer.  They help us and our affiliates to improve our Site.  They present the content from our Site in the most effective manner for you and your computer. 

All computers have the ability to decline cookies.  This can be done by activating the setting on your browser which enables you to decline the cookies. Please note that should you choose to decline cookies, you may be unable to access particular parts of our Site. 

We do not track our users across time or across websites.  

We do not use flash cookies on our Site.

Google Analytics and AdWords

Note that our Site also uses Google Analytics. The tool uses cookies to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information, such as counting page views, number of unique visitors and other trends.  The information generated by the cookie about your use of this Site, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitors’ use of the Site and to compile statistical reports on Site activity for us. Third Party Advertising

We might also use a pixel tag which is a small graphic file that allows us and third parties to monitor the use of the site and provide us with information based on your interaction with the site or with our ads across third party sites.
