Wait, what? Wheat without the gluten? Our dinner rolls are golden and crispy on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside with olive oil, herbs and a hint of garlic. Yet they’re totally, incredibly gluten free. How’d we pull off that magic trick? By using a gluten-free wheat starch from Europe. So now everyone will fight over the last roll. Sorry/not sorry.

Yep, you read that right. Our new dinner rolls, focaccia, and baguettes are the first to use a real, not-so-secret ingredient to make an unbelievably craveable bite.

How it works

Gluten is gently removed from wheat through a washing process, leaving behind starch that keeps the taste and texture of wheat – without the gluten.

Why it tastes good

Because we use European wheat starch with the gluten removed, you get the authentic flavor and texture of wheat. No weird fillers. Just crispy goodness.

Why it's safe

Certified gluten-free by GFCO and tested to less than 5 PPM—so it's safe for those with celiac and anyone avoiding gluten.

Cooking Instructions

Oven

For Crusty Rolls → Use Oven

  1. Unwrap and thaw dinner rolls for 15 min while oven preheats to 350°F.
  2. Place rolls on a baking sheet in the middle oven rack position while donning a fancy apron.
  3. Bake for 9–10 minutes or until fully baked.
  4. Serve immediately – try not to “ooh” and “ahh” with your mouth full.

Microwave

For Soft Rolls → Use Microwave (no really, trust us on this)

  1. Arrange rolls on microwave-safe plate lined with a paper towel, preferably in the shape of a heart or smiley face.
  2. Microwave according to heating instructions until warm throughout.
  3. Serve immediately with real butter or olive oil (don’t even think about it, margarine).

6 Rolls – 2 min 15 seconds
