Brown Butter Sugar Cookie Funfetti Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 bag of Cappello's Bakery Style Brown Butter Sugar Cookie Dough
• 2 cups of vanilla frosting
• 1 cup of your favorite sprinkles (we used rainbow)

Cooking Instructions

• Preheat oven to 375
• Place frozen cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet
• Bake on middle rack for 12-14 minutes (oven temps and cook times may vary)
• Let cookies cool and then add enough frosting to cover the bottom of one cookie
• Add sprinkles
• Add the top of the sandwich and enjoy
