Pad Thai Gnocchi with Seared Scallops

Ingredients:

1 Box of Cappellos Gnocchi

1 tbsp of butter

1 pack of scallops

1 tsp of olive oil

Watcharee Thai Sauce

Carrots

Scallions

Cilantro

 

Directions:

Start off by boiling the gnocchi

When gnocchi is done, pan fry it in butter until it reaches a crisp

Sear scallops in olive oil then let them rest

Boil thai sauce until sticky 

Add veggies

Mix the gnocchi in the sauce then top with scallops

Enjoy!
