Pad Thai Gnocchi with Seared Scallops
Ingredients
- 1 Box of Cappellos Gnocchi
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 pack of scallops
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- Watcharee Thai Sauce
- Carrots
- Scallions
- Cilantro
Instructions
- Start off by boiling the gnocchi
- When gnocchi is done, pan fry it in butter until it reaches a crisp
- Sear scallops in olive oil then let them rest
- Boil thai sauce until sticky
- Add veggies
- Mix the gnocchi in the sauce then top with scallops
- Enjoy!
