Pad Thai Gnocchi with Seared Scallops

Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Cappellos Gnocchi
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1 pack of scallops
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • Watcharee Thai Sauce
  • Carrots
  • Scallions
  • Cilantro

Instructions

  • Start off by boiling the gnocchi
  • When gnocchi is done, pan fry it in butter until it reaches a crisp
  • Sear scallops in olive oil then let them rest
  • Boil thai sauce until sticky
  • Add veggies
  • Mix the gnocchi in the sauce then top with scallops
  • Enjoy!
