Yep, you read that right. Our Classic Crispy Crust is the first pizza to use a real, not-so-secret ingredient to make an unbelievably craveable crust.

How it works

Gluten is gently removed from wheat through a washing process, leaving behind starch that keeps the taste and texture of wheat – without the gluten.

Why it tastes good

Because we use European wheat starch with the gluten removed, you get the authentic flavor and texture of wheat. No weird fillers. Just crispy goodness.

Why it's safe

Our crust is certified by GFCO and tested to ensure it contains less than 5PPM of gluten, so it’s safe for those with celiac and anyone avoiding gluten.
