Bacon, Egg and Avacado Biscuit Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Cappello's Everything Biscuits
  • 1 Package Bacon (the amount is up to you really, live your life)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 egg per sandwich
  • Hot sauce or aioli of your choice

Cooking instructions

  • Preheat oven to 380
  • Place frozen biscuits on a parchment lined baking sheet
  • Bake on top rack for 25 minutes (oven temperatures and cook times will vary)
  • Place one egg in the pan and fry to preference (we went over easy, because you know, the yolk break is the best part) 
  • Place 2 (or more, we don’t judge) strips of bacon in a pan and fry to preference
  • Slice or mash your avocado in a separate bowl and add to your biscuit
  • Construct your sandwich and enjoy!
