Bacon and Egg Breakfast Biscuit Cups



  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  • Place biscuits inside of a muffin tin and pat down to make a small crevice in the middle

  • Beat the eggs, ketchup, and garlic powder in a bowl

  • Pour the egg mixture into the biscuits in the muffin tin

  • Chop bacon into thin strips and add to the top of the egg mixture

  • Garnish if you like

  • Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes

  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving
