Cooktop

  1. Bring 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil in a large pot.NOTE: To cook properly water must be fully boiling and 3 quarts (96 oz) of water must be in the pot to maintain temperature of water after adding frozen product.
  2. Add frozen gnocchi to boiling water.
  3. Cook for 4 minutes until gnocchi begin to float, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain gnocchi and transfer to a preheated sauté pan over medium heat with 1-2 tsp butter or oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve immediately with a gnoteworthy sauce deserving of such gnotable gnocchi.
