Cooktop

  1. Bring 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil in a large pot. NOTE: To cook properly, water must be fully boiling. 3 quarts (96 oz) of water must be used to maintain temperature after adding frozen pasta.
  2. Add frozen gnocchi to boiling water.
  3. Cook for 4 minutes until gnocchi begin to float, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain gnocchi and transfer to a sauté pan heated over medium heat with 1-2 teaspoons butter or oil. Sauté 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve immediately with a deserving sauce and perform a celebratory gnocchi dance.
