Holiday Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies



  • Step 1: Take cookies out of the freezer and let soften for 3 to 5 minutes 
  • Step 2: Line cookie dough on a baking sheet and press gently into the middle of each to make a rounded crevice for the raspberry jam
  • Step 3: Scoop a tablespoon of raspberry jam into the middle of each cookie
  • Step 4: Bake on middle rack at 375°F for 12-14minutes.
  • Step 5: Transfer cookies to a cooling rack and sift powdered sugar over the top of each cookie
  • Step 6: Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!

  • Press into the cookie dough
  • Scoop the raspberry jam
  • Sift the powdered sugar
