Holiday Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies
Ingredients
- (8) Cappello's Brown Butter Sugar Cookies
- (8) tablespoons of raspberry jam
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Step 1: Take cookies out of the freezer and let soften for 3 to 5 minutes
- Step 2: Line cookie dough on a baking sheet and press gently into the middle of each to make a rounded crevice for the raspberry jam
- Step 3: Scoop a tablespoon of raspberry jam into the middle of each cookie
- Step 4: Bake on middle rack at 375°F for 12-14minutes.
- Step 5: Transfer cookies to a cooling rack and sift powdered sugar over the top of each cookie
- Step 6: Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
Kids Can Do
- Press into the cookie dough
- Scoop the raspberry jam
- Sift the powdered sugar
