Keto White Pizza


  • 1 Cappello’s Keto Pizza Crust
  • 1/3 cup crème fraiche
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 420 F. Place baking sheet on middle rack while oven preheats.
  • Spread crème fraiche on top of frozen pizza crust. Top with mozzarella, and sprinkle with rosemary and pepper.
  • Place pizza directly on the preheated baking sheet. Cook 11-14 minutes, or until cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown.
  • Remove from oven, and top hot pizza with Parmesan, a drizzle of olive oil, and red pepper flakes, as desired. Nutrition Facts (Per Pizza)
