Keto White Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Cappello’s Keto Pizza Crust
- 1/3 cup crème fraiche
- ¾ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cupgrated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1⁄8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 420 F. Place baking sheet on middle rack while oven preheats.
- Spread crème fraiche on top of frozen pizza crust. Top with mozzarella, and sprinkle with rosemary and pepper.
- Place pizza directly on the preheated baking sheet. Cook 11-14 minutes, or until cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven, and top hot pizza with Parmesan, a drizzle of olive oil, and red pepper flakes, as desired. Nutrition Facts (Per Pizza)
