Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, divided
- 12 oz. Cappello’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- Dairy-free vanilla ice cream (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Press cookie dough into the bottom of the skillet in an even layer.
3. Bake 20-23 minutes.
4. Heat nut butter in a small saucepan (or in the microwave) until warm. Melt in coconut oil, and stir in cocoa powder until smooth
5. Drizzle chocolate nut butter over warm cookie, and top with ice cream, as desired.
