Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, divided
- 12 oz. Cappello’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- Dairy-free vanilla ice cream (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Press cookie dough into the bottom of the skillet in an even layer.
- Bake 20-23 minutes.
- Heat nut butter in a small saucepan (or in the microwave) until warm. Melt in coconut oil, and stir in cocoa powder until smooth
- Drizzle chocolate nut butter over warm cookie, and top with ice cream, as desired.
