Patriotic (Ice Cream) Pie with Cookie Crust



  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. 

  • Spray a pie pan with non-stick spray. 

  • Gently press the cookie dough into the pan and up the sides into an even layer, this is your pie crust. 

  • Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool completely. 

  • Allow the ice cream to thaw slightly to make it easier to spread. 

  • When the cookie crust is cooled, scoop your ice cream into the pan and spread into an even layer. 

  • Add your strawberries and blueberries in any pattern you like, then top with sprinkles. 

  • Place in the freezer for 2 hrs or up to 1 week.*

  • Slice and serve. 

  • *This is a great make-ahead recipe for all of your summer BBQ needs.
