Patriotic (Ice Cream) Pie with Cookie Crust
Ingredients

2 cups ice cream of choice

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1/2 cup blueberries
-
red white and blue sprinkles
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Spray a pie pan with non-stick spray.

Gently press the cookie dough into the pan and up the sides into an even layer, this is your pie crust.

Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool completely.

Allow the ice cream to thaw slightly to make it easier to spread.

When the cookie crust is cooled, scoop your ice cream into the pan and spread into an even layer.

Add your strawberries and blueberries in any pattern you like, then top with sprinkles.

Place in the freezer for 2 hrs or up to 1 week.*

Slice and serve.
