St. Patty's Day Fettuccine with Cilantro Pesto

Cappello's Fettuccine 

Organic Chicken

Optional toppings- mini organic peppers/tomatoes, organic parmesan cheese, and roasted pine nuts.


4 cloves garlic

1/3 cup Brazil nuts 

1/3 cup sunflower seeds 

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds 

2 cups packed fresh cilantro  

4 tablespoons lemon juice 

2 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil

2/3 cup flaxseed oil or Avocado oil

Sea salt to taste 


Make pesto in blender or cuisnart. Boil Cappello's Pasta according to directions on back of box. Add pesto, chicken and toppings and Enjoy!
