Summer Veggie Pasta


  • 1 box of Cappello’s Fettuccine
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 White Onion
  • 1 bottle of Primal Palate Avocado Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Boil one pot of water
  • While water is boiling, dice vegetables to liking
  • Once water reaches boiling point, place pack of fettuccine in pot for 90-seconds
  • Drain pasta and set aside for cooling (separate pasta the best you can while it’s hot)
  • Once pasta has cooled, grab a large mixing bowl and mix pasta and vegetables
  • Drizzle avocado oil onto pasta
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Refrigerate remaining pasta for later!
