VEGAN ICE CREAM SANDWICHES

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 Pack of Cappello’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

1 Pint of your favorite flavor of NadaMoo! Dairy-Free Coconut Milk Frozen Dessert

 

DIRECTIONS:

• Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

• Cut half inch slices of cookie dough from roll

• Place cookie dough on baking sheet

• Once oven reaches 350, place cookie dough in oven and set timer for 10 minutes

• Remove Nada Moo! from freezer

• Remove cookie dough when timer is up and leave out to cool

• Once cool, place 2 scoops (you can be generous here) of Nada Moo! on one cookie

• Top with second cookie
