Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter and Sage

  • Melt butter in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook until butter solids are brown, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
  • Add chopped sage, and remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook Sweet Potato Gnocchi according to package directions.
  • Transfer sage butter to a skillet set over medium-high heat. Add gnocchi. Sauté until gnocchi are heated through, about 6 minutes.
  • Serve warm garnished with fresh sage.
